Refund policy

Download files are non-refundable - includes MUSE Frame files and all music downloads. 

Video Frames, if damaged, can be replaced.

DNAvatar Courses can be credited  towards another course if you feel that you are already familiar with the content. Please email us directly so we can discuss this credit.

Clothing items from LaGaleriste can be returned directly to the manufacturer following their refund guidelines, as you will place your orders directly with them.

Damages and issues
For Video Frames Only - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
All digital items, music files or digital art and not available for an exchange as they are digital assets. However, if you ordered something you previously purchased from us accidently, please contact us so we can review.

Refunds
If a refund is necessary, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
